Positions available for Volunteers

• Volunteer Driver and/or Helper
Deliver meals in a responsible and friendly manner to the clients of Ku-ring-gai Meals on Wheels. All drivers must have a current driver's licence and vehicle registration as well as full comprehensive vehicle insurance.

• Delivery Driver
Delivery runs to other meals on wheels services located in northernSydney region.

• Luncheon Club
Assist as Centre Based Meals Hostess in the Turramurra dining room on Mondays.

Volunteer Rights and Responsibilities

• Volunteers and Ku-ring-gai Meals on Wheels Service have responsibilities to each other. Volunteers agree to perform specific tasks and the Service agrees to provide volunteers with a worthwhile and rewarding experience. In return, each has the right to some basic expectations of the other.
